Self-Care Swag

Self care is the best!

But you only experience the benefits if you put in the time. It doesn’t need to be hard or time consuming… have fun with it! Find some joy, discover big ‘aha’s’ and feel empowered.

Need some ideas? Here are 10 self care activities to try:

  • Step outside and take a deep breath
  • Give a hug, get a hug
  • Count to 10 and breathe, or sing ABCs
  • Sing and dance, or do jumping jacks
  • Meditate
  • Journal
  • Limit social media
  • Eat a healthy snack and drink lots of water
  • Take a bath, or do a puzzle
  • Affirmations

Grab a journal, a fun pen, and let’s go!
